Michael Weitzenhoff – President / Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Weitzenhoff is a professional civil engineer, with over 25 years of design and construction experience throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Rim. His construction experience includes administration, estimating, labor negotiations and project management. Mr. Weitzenhoff has a diverse background including alternative energy development, industrial process operations and mechanical systems installations. In addition to engineering, Mr. Weitzenhoff holds an MBA in finance. |

Michael J . Deegan - Vice President /Quality Control & Training Manager
Mr. Deegan has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His experience includes Operations Manager, Contractor Quality Control, Project Manager, Project Superintendent and Laborer/Boilermaker. Mr. Deegan has successfully completed water and sewage treatment plant construction, fuel storage tank erection, underground utility piping installation, aluminum dome roof erection and concrete tilt-up buildings and related trade work. He has worked through out the United States, including Puerto Rico, the Pacific Island Nations, Japan and South Korea. |

Brian Erickson – Controller
Brian Erickson is a CPA and has over 24 years account management experience, including over 15 years in construction (companies averaging $140 million in revenues). The diversity of his professional background includes hardware and software start-ups, pre-IPO due diligence, SEC filings, non-profit organizations, mergers/de-mergers and work within the UC system in California. Mr. Erickson possesses a strong knowledge of proper financial statement presentation, tax return preparation, cash flow projection, budgeting, revenue analysis, project management and scheduling required for construction companies. |

John Garner – Safety Manager
Mr. Garner has 35 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of marine and stationary power systems. His skills and qualifications include welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, diesel and gasoline engine mechanics, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, pump and steam systems and electronics. He maintains the following safety certifications; “shipyards confined space” trainer and site safety and health manager. |

Jack Lewis – Senior Estimator
Mr. Lewis has over 35 years of diverse construction experience in managing heavy construction, civil infrastructure, and petro-chem process/distribution systems. His responsibilities have included project engineering, project management, city engineering, director of operations and managing up to 30 field personnel. Mr. Lewis has successfully completed underground utilities, power transmission, marine and general construction throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan and Pacific islands nations. |

Brian Judd – Estimator
Mr. Judd has nearly forty years of experience in the civil engineering and construction industry. His responsibilities have included supervision and coordination of civil/structural design in the municipal, oil and gas industry, petro-chem industry and pipeline related projects. Mr. Judd is certified as an Engineering Technician from the University of Washington and studied at Brigham Young University, prior to serving in the US Navy. |

Denver Webb – Energy Services & Repair Division Manager
Mr. Webb is a management professional with 29 years of government (Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard), marine (Navy, MSC, USCG) and inter-island (HTB/YB) transportation/repair expertise. He has proven abilities in advance planning, contracting, quality assurance and field operations of Marine, Industrial, and Power Plant & Fuel System construction. Mr. Webb is an effective motivator and result-oriented executive/manager in executing over 350 million dollars in government , private projects and annual maintenance budgets. |

Roland Jenkins – Energy Services & Repair Project Engineer
After honorably serving 4 years of active duty in the United States Navy, Mr. Jenkins earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Mr. Jenkins has managed structural and fuel projects for private and military clients. Mr. Jenkins has a BS in electrician engineering and 4 years active duty experience as a systems specialist with the U.S. Navy. Mr. Jenkins provides engineering support and manages Energy Service & Repair projects. |

Felipe Madamba – Earth & Water Project Manager
Mr. Madamba has four years of experience Project Engineer and Project Manager for the Earth & Water division. His responsibilities include estimating, budget management, project scheduling, AutoCAD drawings, material procurement, client negotiations and subcontractor coordination. Mr. Madamba has completed bolted steel storage tanks to two million gallons for private, state and government clients. Other construction experience includes underground piping, aluminum dome roof erection and concrete foundations. Mr. Madamba had managed projects through out the Hawaiian Islands and the Pacific Island Nations including federal states of Micronesia, South Korea and common wealth of the Northern Marianas. |

Mr. Franks has 15 years of experience in the construction industry ranging from residential to industrial environmental. After honorably serving 8 years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Franks earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Construction Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. |

Mr. Kam has over 14 years experience in the heavy equipment trades with 11 years managing earthwork projects for private, governmental and military clients. His experience includes installation of underground utilities, environmental site assessment projects, road rehabilitation, underground pipe and wastewater treatment. |

Brandee Kalua – Earth & Water Assistant Project Manager in- Training
Ms. Kalua has a certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has performed take-off and logistical coordination on civil and storage tank projects. Ms. Kalua has recently been promoted to an assistant project management trainee based on her excellent job performance and potential. |

Melissa-Lei Jones – Human Resource Assistant Manager – in – Training
Melissa Jones obtained her solicitor’s license to originate mortgage loans in 2005 and put her license to use for 2 years prior to starting with our company. In August 2007 she was hired by M & M Tanks, Inc. as the Administrative Assistant. Since then she has rapidly moved up the company ladder and is now acting as our Human Resource Assistant Manager. Ms. Jones is continuing her education by pursuing a certification in Human Resources. |
